Mission Statement:

To come together in HUMAN UNITY to create an environment where all living things thrive and reach their full potential!

Human Unity Projects

We will engage with any non-political event that wants to bring people together to foster tolerance of one another, heal the racial divide and forges long-term paths and solutions that go beyond just the event.

Climate Change

We are interested in funding distributed generation energy projects and alternative energy fueling stations for vehicles.   Projects that we will evaluate and fund are; ground, rooftop or pole mount solar and wind, closed loop geothermal, alternative energy fueling stations; such as battery charging stations and any other viable technology.

Job Training Programs

We are aware that there are about 6 million jobs in the United States for which there are no employees that are skilled to perform these jobs.  These jobs are often in manufacturing plants that have modernized and need personnel that can operate and maintain these machines.  The average job pays somewhere in the neighborhood of $60k per year and mid management jobs about $100k per year. It takes several month, 18 to 24, before a person is fully trained.  Training is in classrooms and on the job. We will work with companies on a model where a qualified employee would receive this training and also get paid while going through training.  Our goal is to be actively involved in communities where people have lost jobs due to industry changes.  Unemployment is high in those areas, mostly adults in their 30’s or older, with little hope that anyone can get a meaningful and well paying job.  BRU and the employers will jointly fund the programs. Potential employees will be tied to the company via an employment contract for a number of years following the completion of the program.  Depending on training costs 2-5 years.

How We Will Do It:

The primary vehicle for our fundraising activities will be musical concert or festival events.  In some cases the events will not actually raise money for any specific entity or organization, the event may just be focused on bringing people together to bring awareness to a particular issue.  In those cases the funds raised are used to pay for the actual event.  Any overage amount that is raised as a result of these activities will then be donated to an organization as identified by the board that meets the boards vision and objective.
